Bypass Access List and Inspect CBAC

Hello, i have a problem with some users behind a Cisco router. The router have enables an inbound access-list and inspect.

With then enabled, some websites, are not loading correctly. After a lot of debug and firmware update, i got to the conclusion that if i remove inspect and ACL, the websites load correctly, with them on, it take almost 60 seconds to load.

Is there any posibility to bypass the user from the ACL and inspect to that particular website?

which IOS are you running ? Without knowing your config, if you inspect tcp, http, and https, try to disable http and https inspection (as tcp will be sufficient).

If that doesn't make a difference, can you post the config ?
