C1-CISCO4331/K9 and Boost License

I am looking around and cannot find any information on C1-CISCO4331/K9 vs 4331/K9.

I was trying to add a boost license to the C1 and the option is not there, am I missing something?

I found the datasheet below. Looks like the Cisco One ISR 4331/K9 has only one license option.
