I'm seeing some unusual CPU load on a WS-X6708-10GE w/ DFC3CXL card in a C7606-S with RSP720-3CXL-GE running IOS 12.2(33)SRE9 - by "unusual" I mean constant 70% load due to these:
#remote command module 1 sh proc cpu sort
CPU utilization for five seconds: 70%/11%; one minute: 72%; five minutes: 72%
PID Runtime(ms) Invoked uSecs 5Sec 1Min 5Min TTY Process
131 135202968 3833851229 0 28.99% 29.01% 28.79% 0 NDE - IPV4
164 394887860 4216448973 0 26.50% 28.78% 28.67% 0 NDE - IPV6
There are two more X6708s in that shelf that don't experience this behaviour, and we have another C7606 with similar netflow config and three such line cards that all look fine (CPU load varying with traffic instead of "flat-line" constant, NDE-IPV4 process only showing once in a while).
How do I debug this further? It doesn't seem to be service affecting, but it's definitely annoying...
Thank you.

Are the ones without the issue running the same software version 12.2(33)SRE9?
The current gold star release for your platform is 12.2.33-SRE12. I would be tempted to go to that. Related release notes:

Yes, both routers have identical hardware configuration and they are both running SRE9. I know SRE12 is recommended (and I'd be even willing to try SRE14), but we'd have a lot of customers to notify about the maintenance :)...

I'm guessing the line card has gotten into a funny state and after a reset it will be fine ... but if the issue is only cosmetic ...

New info learned today:
#sh platform hardware capacity netflow
Netflow Resources
TCAM utilization: Module Created Failed %Used
1 594608128 0 13839%
#sh mls netflow ip count module 1
Displaying Netflow entries in module 1
IPC Failure
I guess I'll schedule a line card reset...
