can i use vpn services on my cisco 1841 router with 12.4 ios?

  we are using 1841 router with below version.can anybody tell this configuration and ios support for creating VPN to other router?

No, you need an "Advanced Security" image for VPNs. And (in reference to your other post), if you want to use IOS 15.1(4), you not only have to upgrade the CF-card, but also the RAM to 192 MB.

With your RAM/CF you could go up to 12.4(25g).
