can not access CUCM using WINSCP

Hi,

I am trying to access my CUCM 11.0 using Winscp with SFTP but I got this error:

What could be the issue here ?

         - Could be due to outdated WinsSCP version, upgrade to latest version ,

CUCM allows CLI access via SSH, but it does not have the SFTP server component. What are you trying to do? If you are trying to copy files in or out, you will have do it is a different way like 'file get', 'file put' from the CLI or TFTP file management from the OS admin web pages.
