Can't connect to My ISP via 3G on Cisco 881G-4G router

Hello I have a problem with my router Cisco C881G-4G-GA-K9.

From my ISP I given only AP name: static.vivacell.am and dial-in number: *99#

I have made some initial configuration, but anyway I can't connect to ISP network.
