Can’t get ASR 901 router back online. Orange light on SFP LED. Cannot find IP address

Changed power plant out at cell tower site. Powered everything back up but cannot get   ASR 901 router to come back online. Alarm company cannot see that site is back online not see an IP address for the site. Solid orange light under SFP fibers. Any suggestions? Need to be back online in a couple of hours

looks like a physical problem, have you tried to exchange the fiber cable, or switch the transmit and receive ends ?

 - Check show logging just after power up and show int status (watch status for the particular interface). Hopefully the fiber-path isn't broken somewhere.
