Can we gave network in SNMP-SERVER host configuration .
example
snmp-server host 198.55.62.0 <version> <user>

No. Snmp is a point to point communication, not a broadcast.

so we can only give ip address to a snmp host.
are you 100 % sure we can't give broadcast (network) to snmp ?
