Can we make port channel between two line cards at the same switch?

Hi For Switch 4500, can we make port channel between two line card at the same switch? Anyone can firm this? i know we cannot make the channel between different switch. Thanks

Hello,

the short answer is: yes

--> All Ethernet interfaces on all modules support EtherChannel (maximum of eight interfaces) with no requirement that interfaces be physically contiguous or on the same module.
