Cannot ping from Main Building to Branch

I have created and configured my network design. In this design We have Main building which is in the Main Campus and we also have Branch Campus located 10 kilometers away from Main campus network. I have configured everything but I still cannot ping from a PC in Main Building of Main Campus to a PC in Branch campus.

We have very little information to work with. Please post configuration from the devices in both locations. Also it would be helpful to see output from both locations to these commands
