Cat 8300 GLBP Support

Can someone confirm if the Cat8300 supports (or will support) GLBP ?

I thought I saw it mentioned in the 8300 datasheet somewhere, but looking in Feature Navigator, it did not show up under the DNA Advantage license selection..

Although I did see the Cat8500 does support GLBP with the DNA Advantage license..

Maybe it's a future code release for the 8300 ?

Anyone know the scoop ?

Have a customer using ASR1K today, and thought the Cat8300 would be a good replacement

according to the data sheet linked below, the Catalyst 8300 currently only supports HSRP:

However, according to the configuration guide below, it does:

I could not even select the 8K in the feature navigator, where did you find information that the 8500 does support it ?

Cat8K are under the Routing products / solutions in FN..

sorry, my bad, I was looking under 'Switching'. I see the listing for the 8500 and DNA Advantage.

There doesn't seem to be conclusive documentation available...if you want to buy the switch, I would ask a (my) reseller to find out. They can usually ask TAC, which you (and I) cannot...
