I'm needing to create a QoS policy on a DS3 connection at a hub site.  There is a DR site with a DS3 and then several remote locations connected via MPLS.  I wan to limit the bandwidth that each remote site can use (close to their max limit) and apply QoS within each of those bandwidth allocations.  Can you tell me if this configuration looks right?

I've applied the policy, but am a little confused on the output of the show policy-map on the serial interface.  For the DR site I have shaping configured to average of 31457280 (30Mbps), but indicated bandwidth allocated to RealTime is only 4421kbps (4.3Mbps) and is suppose to be allocated 50% of the 30Mbps.  What's causing this? I've attached the show output
