CCNA newbie with a 2821 NME-CUE question.

Hi guys. I don't know if I have come to the right place but I have a small query that I would like some help with. I am currently doing the CCNA learning course so I don't know much about these expansions.

I bought a 2821 router with a NME-CUE and a vwic2-1mft-t1/e1. I am going to factory reset the router tonight when I finish work. However how do I go about factory resetting the NME-CUE? I know it has a 80gb HDD and some inbuilt software. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

have you logged into it yet?

once you session into the device, you'll have to bring it into offline mode

CUE# offline

CUE# restore factory defaults

and that should be all you need to restore it.
