Certificate related query

Hi All,

Sorry not sure if this is the right department / category to post this question.

I have cracked the CCNA exam and its been a month, but haven't received the certificate on the address where this Guy had said will be posted to. Is there a link / website where we can find info regarding this?

Any suggestions / guidance will be much appriciated!

Hi Milan,

Thank you for the wonderful info provided by you. I already have a account in cisco.com. I have tried following the url and at the step where we have to "Create Web Login", when i enter the required info from the score report, it reads: "

Our records show that a different account is already mapped to this account. Please contact customer support.

"

I'm clueless about this. Any help will be much appriciated.
