Akiyoshi did you changed the console cable and tried with the new one ?? And may i know which type of cable you are using .......?? Are you using the USB converter to Console ??? Actually as all said that shouldn't matter with the console and telnet....
I hope you are not doing this in Packet Tracer or GNS???? Is this your live network???? And may i know currently you have done no ip http server as this should be disabled for this command to work no ip http secure-server.What's your IOS version?
