Does the CGR 2010 grid router support hot swap of GRWIC-2CE1T1-PRI?

according to the installation guide for the module

There is not explicit support for OIR online insertion and removal but there is no sentence that say that you need to power off the router when installing or removing the module.

The document mentions the safety rules for CGR 2010
