Change ASAv Fragment chain on VTIs

Is there a way to change the fragment chain on an ASAv virtual tunnel interface from the default of 24? 

When I type "fragment chain", it only changes the chain on the physical interfaces.  This is the same with the "fragment timeout" command. 

I'm trying to send a large UDP datagram through a flow of fragmented IP packets, but the tunnel is limiting the flow due to the size of the chain.  Everything works when going through the physical interfaces, but I need tunnels.

fragment chain in global mode ?

That's where the command is used.  It only changes the physical interface's values.  The VTI's values remain at their default.
