Channelised E1 with Ethernet modem at Remote locations

Hi all

I have a application, for Channelised E1 at the Central Location and Remote locations on 64Kbps Ethernet Modem will this solution work.

Router with Ch E1=========MUX----(31 Remote locations)----64kbps G703----64Kbp Ethernet Modem---Switch—PC.

Working solution is

Router with Ch E1========MUX---(31 remote locations)---64Kbps G703---64Kbps V.35----Router----Switch ---PC.

I want to avoid Router at remote locations and use a 64Kbps Ethernet Modem connected to a switch.

Please let me have your views.

To the best of my knowledge, there is a convertor of G.703 to Ethernet interface. I think it will be suitable for your proble.
