Cisco 1100 reset button

Ciao,

I'm trying to reset a C1101 using button. The configuration is not resetted. During the boot I read a errore related a file not found:  golden.bin

Reading the doc: Configure a fallback image with the name "golden.bin" (bootflash:); and a fallback configuration with the name "golden.cfg" (bootflash: or nvram:).

Creating these two files it seems to work, when I use reset boot the golden.bin IOS is loaded and golden.cfg as well.

My question is how can reset config to factory default using the button ?

do you have 'service password-recovery' configured globally ? Have a look at the link below:

yes I knew that document it's useful but in my case it doens't work. 

service password-recovery is a default command in my router.....

there's a doubt point: Ensure that the ROMmon version on the device is at least 17.2(1r)

I've not found that release of ROMmon, the last one is 16.12(1r) for ISR 1100.
