I use c1841 with IOS adventerprisek9-mz.124-15.T2.bin and try to configure with "no service password-recovery" command but I see only "no service password-encryption" command on the router.
I also check with Cisco Feature Navigator and there is service password-recovery feature support with this IOS that I mention.
I don' t know why I can not see this "no service password-recovery" command on my router.
Could you please help me and advice.

it is a ROMMON security mechanism and highly depend on your ROMMON Version.

what about your ROMMON version?
See "You must download and install ROM monitor (ROMMON) version 12.2(11)YV1 before you can use this feature." here:

Here is my router 1841 information. I see that ROM is version 12.3(8r)T9 as following. Do I need to change the ROM version?

Thank you all friend. After I change to new ROM as you recommended. It work fine.
I can issue no service password-recovery command on my router.
