If you have a maintenance contract contact TAC to get the device swapped out.
Otherwise you will need to get the RAM replaced in the router, or replace the router. I don't know the exact specs - it is some kind of non-ECC UDIMM.
Take the UDIMM out of the router and the specs will probably be on it somewhere.
