Cisco 1941 Router no power

Can anyone help with a 1941 router that has no power? I tried different cables and checked the power switch but nothing comes on including the fan. I am also having trouble removing the cover. I took off the 4 screws but it will not slide out of the case.

Raise an TAC for replacement, if you do not see anything on the console, and you see no noise of FAN.

i would not advise to open the kit, you may loose warranty.

If the fan doesn't turn then it's possibly a PS failure. Raise a TAC Case and organize for an RMA.
