Cisco 2821 with 12.3(T) IOS

Hello all,

First of all, happy new year!!

Recently we bought Cisco 2821 series router with the 12.3(T) IOS. For some reason I am having trouble with some of the routes features.

1. The router recognizes my 2WIC-T module. However, when I try connecting a v.35 Modem there are problems with some of the v.35 interface controls (DCD is resetting). I tired exchanging the 2821 with 2621 and there were no problems at all.

2. There is no STUN command.

3. I tried to connect CEM module but the router doesn't recognize the module

happy new year to you, too.

I checked if there are any bugs related to your IOS version and the WIC-2T, but could not find any. Could you try and configure ´ignore-dcd´ on the interface, and see if that makes a difference ?

Regarding the CEM, which one do you have exactly ? E.g. the NM-CER-4SER does not seem to be supported on the 2821 platform:

As for the STUN, according to the Cisco feature navigator, you need at least:

12.3(8)T10 ENTERPRISE BASE c2800nm-entbase-mz.12.3-8.T10
