As soon as we connect uplink, the access ports turns orange(disconnect the local connected devices), please suggest a solution.
Below is summary:
- The Camera connected ports do not work when we connect the uplink .
- We have then checked the interface status it was up and working and no issue observed.
- We have then connected the uplinks and the interface status was also up however STP went into blocking state for Gig 0/4 and 0/5 .
- When checked the STP details it was not receiving BPDU’s from the other end.
- When tried to manipulate the path cost and also the priority it did not help still it was not receiving BPDU’s .
- We have then tried changing to other vlan but the same issue persisted .
- Please upload the previous config of this device and as discussed please proceed with the upgrade and then we will check the status .
