Cisco 3560 24 port POE Low on memory problem ..

Hey guys

I can not login in this switch telnet ssh or console. Saying low on memory  Thought this is an IOS bug but found out its some memory fragmentation problem . If any body has encounter this problem let me know how to get rid of that . If i reload it will go away so i am not sure what is this . Below is the output .

You're hitting a bug.  Which one?  There are too many to mention.

If your IOS is 12.2 then upgrade to 12.2(55)SE8.

If your IOS is 15.0 then upgrade to 15.0(2)SE4.

i have 15.0 but i saw something on cisco  http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1831/products_tech_note09186a00800a6f3a.shtml
let me know if you can understand this stuff

Consider the versions I've mention.

You are using IOS version "15.0". This info isn't helping.
