Hi
You have a license: Lanbase, with this license the IOS does not support routing and theirs commands. Lanbase is basically for layer 2 protocols.
You need an IP Base or IP service license to execute routing. IP services licence supports a lot of protocols.
Hope it is useful

Hi
You are welcome :-)
The following links could be useful, your switch 3560X should be able to upgrade to ip services.

I order to create back up the config and current IOS you can use a tftp

or You can use putty in order to get a backup of the config:
Please see the attachment. Once you have created the file, you can execute show run and everything displayed on the screen will be saved on the file.

Thanks a lot for the reply Julio, yes that helped me understand better :-)
Are they any alternative commands that I can use in this situation? I want to upgrade this 3560X to the ip service image. Also, what should I check to see if my hardware is compatible for new ip service image upgrade?
Any command suggestions? I want to back up everything before I perform the upgrade. Thanks in advance
