Cisco 3650 Port Speed Limiting

I have a few 3650's here stacked. One little problem is that I have one client with 2 servers, each server is hitting about 70-80MBps consistent (even on 100 speed port). Is there a simplified way to reduce the max to about 50Mbps without affecting his performance and losing packets?

I saw this but it's a bit more complicated to follow

I remember the 'srr-queue bandwidth limit' interface command, which lets you set a percentage of the link speed. Not sure though if that is still available...
