Cisco 3845 LOG info

Hi!

Have router 3845 (ios Version 12.4(6)XT2) 

Each month doing maintenance services power supplies. After turn off the power supply does not always get the log info like "There is more than one failure with the Power System.... " 

In September, the message was, in October and November was not, today December - a message is. 

No change in configuration was not for this time.

Can it be bug of ios or something else?

Hi what is the state of the front panel Leds, is the rlevent LED going to Amber when you switch off

SYS PWR1	—	Front	Off	Router not receiving power, power supply 1 not present, or power-up not completed
			Steady green	Present and enabled (power-up completed)
			Amber	Present and off or malfunctioning
SYS PWR2	—	Front	Off	Router not receiving power, power supply 2 not present, or power-up not completed
			Steady green	Present and enabled (power-up completed)
			Amber	Present and off or malfunctioning
