Hi I Have cisco 4321 model fail to load IOS, as I get below errors. Kindly assist

What firmware is the router meant to boot up to, is it 17.12.X (and later)?

Change the baud rate of the console port.

Start with the highest and adjust it until the letters are readable.

Yes I did that until 19200 then letters start to read.

Glad you solved it. Thanks for sharing the solution.

Not sure why someone changed the speed of the console, and then only increased it by a little bit. But that obviously is what happened. Now that you have solved the issue you could maintain the current setting. But I would suggest that you change the console speed to the default value, which might help the next person in your position to not have the same problem again.

Baud should be 9600. Why does is fail to boot? What does the console output display when you set the baud to 9600?
