  1. Is the router running SD-WAN or autonomous mode?
  2. What is the exact firmware version of the router?
  3. What licenses are enabled?
  4. What bandwidth is enabled?

- autonomous model
- version : 16.09.04
- license : securityk9 , ipbasek9
- primary link 2 mbps , secondary 512 kbps.

Thanks

Please read FN - 72323 - Cisco IOS XE Software: QuoVadis Root CA 2 Decommission Might Affect Smart Licensing, Smart Call Home, and Other Functionality.

I strongly recommend doing the WORKAROUND or upgrade to the latest 16.9.X.  DO NOT, under any circumstances, upgrade to 16.10.X and later.

Hey,

What about the version, 17.03.02 ??

NOTE:  The router is licensed for 100 kbps Mbps only.

So to use 512 kbps link or up we should buy a new licence ??

Wait.  My eyes are deceiving me.

The router is licensed for 100 Mbps.
