Hi ,
what can be the reason , standby supervisor is disabled state ?
redundancy mode sso, show redundancy and show module outoputs are below.

I think u need to install the SUP's in slot 1 and 2.

No, slots 5 and 6 are reserved for sup on 4510R.

Hi,
It is likely standby sup is stuck in boot or ROMMON mode as it is showing Other status in the outputs above.
Connect with console to it and check which state it is in. If it is in ROMMON, try boot with manual "boot" command.
By the way, did you check if the 12.2(53)SG1 image present in the specified boot location on standby?

If we boot the secondary SUP from the ROMMON mode, will only this SUP be booted or the entire switch will reboot?

Thank you. It was in ROMMON mode and boot command resolved the issue.

My sup is getting to the loading ios services and then nothing. problem is happenning with two sup 7's, one original and one added from spares...
