I have Cisco 7206VXR with following OS.
disk0:c7200-jk9s-mz.123-13.bin
I have WAN / Internet P2P connectivity on its FastEthernet interface and some GRE Tunnel.
I just noticed that i cannot ping WAN P2P and GRE P2P IP addresses, but i am still able to pass traffic via tunnels / WAN interface.
So far i have tried below.
Can someone please advise me solution to resolve it. Thanks.

Regarding you P2P Internet connection, that should be a layer-3 link between you and your provider with a /30 subnet. If you can ping your site and not the provider's site and still pass traffic, talk to your provider, because they may be blocking ping coming from the customer routers.

Yes, it is Layer 3 link with /30 and also got confirmation from Service Provider that they are not blocking ICMP, also in addition to WAN/Inet P2P IP addresses, i cant ping any INET GRE Tunnels P2P IPs that are based on that Internet link.
