cisco 7609 got rebooted due sp by reload error

cisco 7609 router which got reloaded by following error:

'System returned to ROM by reload (SP by reload)'

ios version c7600rsp72043-advipservices-mz.122-33.SRB1.bin.

Is there any bug hitting on this

SRB1 has lots of issues, we are using SRC3, and it seems to be fine

Someone rebooted the appliance using the "reload" command.

once we had the same issue, CISCO TAC said someone rebooted the router lol but there was no record in ACS server, neither our engineers were playing with router.
