Cisco 7609 showing errors when saving config

This is running on code 122-33.SRB1.

Any suggestions? Have we hit a bug?

It could be. Could you please share

sh ver

sh mod

sh boot

sh redundancy

sh log

It seems you may need to reset the standby sup to clear this condition. But please share the above to check.
