Cisco 878 SHDSL Router QoS Question

Hi,

I'm new to Cisco, just got a Cisco 878 Router and want to sort out QoS for my Voip Phones. As i'm new, went to SDM and when I cliked QoS it said i need a IOS upgrade! They market this router as QoS ready and i'm now trying to source this IOS upgrade. Will I need a flash upgrade? Or is there another way to go about this.

Also i have 16 external IP's, can these all be setup as DMZ for the phones?

Whats the current ios code you have in place and also the flash/dram capactiy in ur box ?

if possible do quote the full ios filename ..
