Cisco 878 with ASA5505

Hey All

I have a 878 router and a ASA5505 firewall. I want to basically have the 878 as a dialer to the internet and attach the ASA as the main firewall.

Any ideas on the best way to perform this?

It may make actually more sense to have the ASA facing your ISP and dial the internet and behind it, your 878.

That is assuming that your FW is mainly to protect you from the internet and not from your inside network.
