Hi! I recently bought a Cisco 891F to use in my lab, but it can't get the full internet speed, (600/300 Mbps). Can it handle those speeds? If not, what is the point of having a GbE Wan? How can I use it? Currently, it is getting 95/95 Mbps.
What router/switch should I buy to get GbE Wan? (used)

The 890 are not designed for 1 Gbps.

As @Leo Laohoo notes, an 89x cannot (sustain) gig, 100 Mbps is what's expected.
So, why have gig interface?
Well a frame will take 1/10 the time to transmit vs. FE.
Used Cisco router capable of sustained gig?
Higher end 4K ISRs or lower end 1K ASRs. Possibly some of Cisco SMB routers too (but I don't know which, if any).
Gig Cisco switches?
Almost any with a gig interface will sustain two ports at full gig, BUT be very careful you don't lose features you need found on a router.
