Cisco 892 : 1 Wan download, 1Wan upload configuration command

Hello,

I have a routeur cisco 892 with 2 Wan ports (1 GE and 1 FE)

I would like configure my routeur for upload with FE Wan port (for send file in external server for exemple).

I would like to configure my routeur for download (view internet page and other) with GE Wan port.

For the moment, dowload and upload are used by GE Wan port (by default).

Can you help me please?

If you router and IOS supports it,  PBR would be an option to use

Do you have dual wan connections to different ISP's?
If so, -How do you connect to them- statically or dynamically?

I have two ISP's (2 box).

One configured staticly (interface)

Other with dhcp.

One isp is better in upload, other better in download

I search the good command for route upload in wan port...
