Hello,
I am new in cisco routers and I need to setup Cisco AIR-CAP3702I-E-K9. Problem is, that I cant get to web management. I get into router with telnet, but I dont know what to do that I turn web management on. Browser says connection refused.

That's because the AP came with controller-based IOS. To convert the AP from controller-based IOS to autonomous IOS, read this: Reverting to a Previous Release Using the MODE Button and a TFTP Server

leo is right. you need to convert to a standalone or autonomous AP image.
