I would like to confirm if the Cisco ASR 1001-HX Router does not have wireless capabilities. From my understanding from the Cisco ASR 1001-HX Router technical page, it is solely a wired router. Can someone from the technical support community confirm this? Thank you for your help
alll the models of the ASR 1000 family are not branch routers but edge routers with high performance and rich features but they are wired only.
In the context where you deploy one ASR 1000 or a pair of ASR 1000 as Internet border routers just to make an example, the wireless is managed using WLC (one or a pair for redundancy) in the internal network.
