Please what step can i use to factory reset cisco ASR 1001-X whose password is lost

1-Boot in Rommon

2-Modify config-register to 0x2142

3-Reboot

4-copy run start

5-Configure config-register to 0x2102

Look at the bootup of the router, if Password Recover is DISABLED, RMA the router.
