You can't simulate ASR1002 per say. But you can use ios-xe image and add the needed interfaces.

try to use a CSR1000v instead to simulate IOS-XE.

lab simulator not by the model you can get virtual image, most of the time we  test the features to see how that going, you can not have 100% device simulator and test the features of physical device.

as others mentioned IOX XE or XR you can use to simulate the feature you looking to test as concept wise.
