Cisco ASR 1002-X, MTBF, warranty

Hi everyone, i did some search to find out the MTBF for Cisco ASR 1002-X and the SPA-8X1FE-TX-V2, SPA-2XOC3-POS-V2, SFP-GE, SFP-OC3 i didn't get any joy.
Could someone help me out to find the MTBF for the Above items, and advise me with the basic warranty(how many years) for the 1002-X, if less then 2 years, Is it possible to extend it to 2 years.

You can buy maintenance contract for 12-, 24- or 36 months.  

Maintenance contract comes in various forms.  You can have hardware replacement one business day later, 4 hours later, etc.

Thank you for your quick reply, however you didn't montion the basic warranty(HW) with the above (1002-X...). do you Have any idea about thier MTBF.
