Cisco ASR1001 unresponsive on console

Hi all 

I have a Cisco ASR1001 v03 that is not returning anything on console. I have tested the cable with another device and can confirm all operational. The ASR has started but the STAT light is flashing suggesting it hasn't booted I think? Critical light is also solid.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

is the internal hard drive LED (labeled as DISK HD) flashing green ?  Can you even get to the rommon prompt (press the BREAK key during startup) ?

I have not opened up the chassis yet but will check this today. Can you elaborate on how to use the break key?
