Cisco Catalyst 2960 Switch and Linksys GBIC MFEFX1 100 FX Module

Is the Linksys 100 Base-FX Mini-GBIC SFP Transceiver supported on the Catalyst 2960 switch? I was told it was by the vendor and am having no luck getting it to work (no link). I have been able to get the MGBSX1 Gigabit Ethernet SX Mini-GBIC modules to work on the 2960's.

Just for closing this out- decided to go with gbic that is called out in the 2960 switch documentation and return the MFEFX1 module to the vendor.
