Post the complete output to the following commands:

sh cell 0/4/0 hardware | i PRI version
sh cell 0/4/0 radio

Now, in a text file, please paste and attach the output to the command "sh cell 0/4/0 radio history all".

@Leo Laohoo
This is output from your command . If I plug all antenna on router status RSSI show unknow.

#show cellular 0/2/0 hardware | in PRI version
PRI version = 0811-111, Carrier = Generic PTCRB
OEM PRI version = 0811-111
C1101-AIS#
C1101-AIS#show cellular 0/2/0 ra
C1101-AIS#show cellular 0/2/0 radio
Radio power mode = Online
LTE Rx Channel Number(PCC) = 1450
LTE Tx Channel Number(PCC) = 19450
LTE Band = 3
LTE Bandwidth = 20 MHz
Current RSSI = -92 dBm
Current RSRP = -124 dBm
Current RSRQ = -13 dB
Current SNR = 0.8 dB
Physical Cell Id = 321
Number of nearby cells = 1
Idx PCI (Physical Cell Id)
--------------------------------
1 321
Radio Access Technology(RAT) Preference = AUTO
Radio Access Technology(RAT) Selected = LTE
Network Change Event = unknown

Current RSSI = -92 dBm
Current RSRP = -124 dBm
Current RSRQ = -13 dB
Current SNR = 0.8 dB

These numbers do not look good.

Either relocate the router to a location with better LTE coverage, get a better antenna (like 5G-ANTM-O4-B) or talk to the provider.
