1. I understand there are some cisco products required hard-bundled of services (either PSRT or Smartnet), may I have what are they? May I have the full list? What is the percentage of such products vs the total Cisco products required hard-bundled of services? 20%?
2. How about the products under CiscoONE? Does it requires hard-bundled of services too?
