Cisco router 1841 give gibberish on console display

i have Cisco router 1841 and i format the compact Flash then its asking me for initial config and i have change the console setting in Cisco router ,exactly i change the bits per second to 115200 and when i done i restart the router after that it's give on console gibberish display   so i try to change the setting in my computer to same    bits per second to 115200 but i still can not see any thing useful and i try to change bits per second to all value available in windows setting but still no readable data i get in the console    

so can anyone please guide me to fix this issue

The screenshot shows 9600. Are you sure you've set 115200 correctly?

that was wrong screenshot i but the right one but still with the correct values i can not get any thing in the display VT
