Do you mean link load balancing, for L3 links? If so, generally Cisco routers will support round-robin CEF routing for equal cost to the same destination, for most routing protocols (and static). If using EIGRP, it can be enabled to support unequal cost load balancing. If that's insufficient for your needs, Cisco's PfR (may need a feature/license upgrade) can perform dynamic link balancing, including for unequal link capacities.
