Cisco router fan compatibility question. C2801 and C2811

Hi I am a newcomer who just moved to the network field.

My Cisco router fan is bad and I'm trying to replace it, but I have a question.

The model is the C2800 series. I want to know if the fan of the 2801 model and the fan of the 2811 model are compatible.

Yes, it is very likely that the fans of the Cisco 2801 and 2811 models are not interchangeable. These router models have different specifications in terms of physical dimensions, configuration, and required airflow for cooling.

Even though the two router models may seem similar, it is important not to confuse them because using an unsuitable fan could damage your router or cause overheating.

They are same Model in the series so the FAN should work as expected.

Note : Opening and Kit and replacing any spares will voide warranty (any way product is end of life)
